The
Challenge:
The Country General Manager (CGM) for a Fortune 50 Technology
Corporation was concerned about slower than anticipated growth in his
market. The company's strategy was to develop China as the anchor for
their Asian operations. Without solid revenue and market share growth in
this emerging market, the corporate strategy would fail.
The Solution:
The CGM asked us to design WorkOut sessions that would help him achieve
his demanding growth goals. We worked closely with the CGM to design a
series of sessions that would engage all produce lines, channels and
geographic stake holders - both in Asia and in the US. Because of the
uniqueness of the PRC, we focused heavily on skills transfer and local
skills development. We held four sessions over three years that build a
strong platform for revenue and market share growth.
The Results:
The client was voted the #1 technology company in China in terms of
sales, market share and overall market positioning.
